All About Me...

I went to John Glenn Elementary and on to Sam Rayburn Middle School. That's where I got into the honors program. Yeah, I was a nerd.. lol
When I entered John Jay high school, my dress-up days were completely over. I wore whatever the heck I found in my dressers. No more matching shirts with socks lol.. I just wore a shirt & jeans. Ahh the simple life. This is when I had my first real relationship with a funny guy named Curtis. I listened to altermative-industrial music and hung out with stoners yet surprisingly, was an "A" honor roll student. I never knew what my g.p.a was until college forced me to find out.. I was like a 3.8 or something..
I graduated a year early(Spring 1997) so from Fall 1997/Spring 1998, I just spent my time hanging around my house and being a bum. In Fall 1998/Spring 1999, I went to St. Mary's University and decided to major in Computer Engineering (CE). I went to the University of Oklahoma for Fall 1999 but I went back to St. Mary's University for Spring 2000 and was still majoring in CE. For Fall 2000/Spring 2001, I took a break from school again and went up to visit Ray(then boyfriend0 in Kansas for a year (long visit! lol)
During that year I joined the working force and worked at Wal-Mart.. The people I worked with were great! I miss them a lot.
After a year of being there, I decided to come home for Fall 2001 to continue my education. Which is what I'm still doing now. Unfortunately due to a lot of hardship on me and Ray's relationship, I decided we needed to take a break. I think it's about time I actually try to graduate from school. LOL
So now it's Summer 2002, I'm a Junior in college, I'm single and just lightly dating. The year 2002 has been good so far. I have made some great friends. Nicole, Kathryn, Willie, Dustin, Eddie and Gili. I wrote some more about them below along with some pics. ;)

I like to draw and paint but sadly realized I couldn't make a career of it since there is way to much competition. To enter would be like becoming a starving artist. I needed more stability. Since I also enjoy math and computers. That's why I'm taking Computer Engineering in college.

I also like to collect toys/dolls. Mostly toys from my childhood. Call it recapturing my childhood if you will. Whatever you like. Stupid even... But it's what I like and I'm the one shelling out the money!

I've been collecting ever since I was a little girl, only now I collect more seriously. Of which, I've been doing for 6 years. I only stopped when I went into high school. Hey! It was that try to fit in thing! That's when I met Danny Testerman, an interesting guy with a big mouth! I met him in art class. He was the one always getting into trouble! Just the type of friend I was looking for! *smile* Then one day he invited me to a halloween party. This is where I met Curtis Mueller and Daniel Rojas. (All three are still my friends today.)

I got along with Curtis instantly. Daniel, well, we're both anti-social so we didn't hit it off. I basically thought he was an @#!hole. (Later I realized he just acted like that to ward off people. it almost worked!) Well little by little I started hanging out with them......Well anyway one day I find out Curtis (click here to his webpage) liked Star Wars so both of us start talking about the past and next thing I know I'm back to collecting.

Me and Curtis dated for 4 years 3 months. And I did love him very much for a long time. I did actually think we would get married but after awhile it seemed like we were going nowhere and so unfortunately, we finally broke up February 13, 1999. He was a big part of my life(well I've known him since I was 14.. he's the person I grew up with) and not a part I could ever regret or will ever forget. We had alot of fun together and still do (when we see each other). He's definitely someone that I couldn't live without *smile* And I'm glad that through all the time we've known each other, we've managed to all still be friends...

When I went to college I met Ray (click here for his website). We had everything it common it seemed. In lots of ways we still do. We talked online all the time. It was crazy. He was in Oklahoma and I was in Texas.. the life of a long distance relationship.. he'd drive down and visit me like every 3 weeks. It was great but sad. Then when he was graduating from college, I decided to go to the University of Oklahoma for the Fall 1999 semester. It was a fun semester as I made two friends. Jason (film major - he graduated this past May '02) and Ray's brother Jonathan. Jonathan is one of my best friends :)

I went back to St.MU for Spring 2000 so it was once long distance again. I was really missing Ray a lot. Don't do long distance if you don't have to.. It really sucks. So for Fall 2000/Spring 2001, I decided to take a break from school and went to Kansas to be with Ray. It was only originally going to be for the fall semester cause we thought he'd get a job in Texas and then I'd go back to school. But Ray had trouble even finding opens down in Texas so I stayed another semester. Then I decided I need to get back to school for Fall 2001 because we weren't sure when he'd be able to move down. So we once again were long distance. LOL See the pattern? I guess over the time, the distance and relationship problems made it really difficult. By the end of my Spring 2002 semester, I had to ask that we take a breather. Thus we are no longer together but we are lightly dating. It's made me feel a lot better as our relationship was really stressful for me.

Now, I'm single and trying to re-evaulate my life, I guess. Also I think it's about time I actually try to graduate from school. LOL

Current News on some of the people in my life:

Daniel is currently in the Army kissing dirt but will be coming home June 8th, 2002. He's married now and expecting his first child.

Danny now works at Clicks Billards as a bartender.

Curtis got married in August '00!! Who would have thought?!?! He married a sweet Finnish girl named Heidi. They now live with his parents. *smile*

He's still in Kansas but he's doing alright. He still works for Sprint and gets paid pretty well.. too bad the student loans suck so much of his paycheck. I get to see him for a car meet in July, so that should be fun.

Now to jump into my present day life:

Lately I been turning more into an Oldies person. I enjoy listening to the 50's, 60's, 70's, and 80's. A little bit of the 90's here and there.

School is going well..I like St. Mary's alot and I have met some great people not just at school but because of my web pages...... life is pretty good...*smile*

Actually, I've made quite a few friends because of my website...just to name a selected few....don't be mad if I left you out...my memory isn't so good so please forgive me...

A best friend of mine is Ashley P. aka She is the best and one of the kookiest characters I ever met! I think of her as a little sister.. which is weird becasue she's older than me! I've known her for almost 2 years now, I think! (12/98) We met because of my website, and I'm so glad we did.. one day we hope to live near each other!

Another great person is my canadian bestfriend Huong H. aka tickles_giggles77. We met because of our passion for My Child dolls! (1/00) She is a wonderful person! Not to mention she has a beautiful doll collection that I'm jealous of!! LOL Just kidding! :)

Another best friend is Missy, aka onlymychilds. We met 8/00 because of our shared intersted in My Child Dolls. We have just clicked! I think of her as my sister overseas! LOL She lives in Australia so needless to say, the net is all we have right now.. but someday I hope to meet her in real life :D

These three girls are my best online friends.. to bad they are all so far away! :(

I have also made some "real" friends here in San Antonio. LOL They all go to St.MU with me. Surprising since my first few years at St.MU most people I met really just sucked. LOL

Nicole aka ladyeponine is one. She actually lives here in San Antonio. woo hoo! lol She goes to St.MU with me and is also a CE major. She will be getting married to a sweet Guy named Chad July 12th, 2003. I will be a bridesmaid.

Kathryn aka naxhiely is another. She is Nicole's roommate at school. She sort of lives in San Antonio too but way the hell out in the outskirts.. It's a pain to visit her. LOL She's an English major, and unlike me and Nicole, going to graduate on time. LOL

My 4 newest friends are Willie, Dustin, Eddie, and Gili. I just met them but they are all really cool and very bastardly.. we get along great!

Willie D. aka Max Power (lol) is an Electrical Engineer(EE) and is from El Paso, TX. He's a huge Simpsons fan and quite insane. LOL

Dustin M. aka DeusEiri is a CE like me and he comes from Victoria, TX. He loves anime (especially Lain) and he likes to say "baaaahhhh" a lot. LOL freak! jk

Eddie is an EE like Willie, I believe, and he's from Brownsville, TX. Eddie looks like Jimmy Nuetron. lol and he always wears this bright ass blue cap..

Gili is the only non-bastard of the bunch. He is a math major from Kingsville, TX The only thing remotely odd about him is he likes to drum on everything, including himself. dirty.. lol He is also Willie's roommate.

Well, there isn't much else to tell about me except at the age of 2, I fell out of the car on the highway and almost died but.....that's another story.........*smile*
